I'm Elissa, I set up Behind The Scenes Psychology in 2014 with the view that how we turn up in everyday life doesn't always represent what

goes on behind the scenes.

Common Reasons for Getting in Touch

Psychological Therapy can be helpful for managing the impact of a recent difficult event or experience, addressing a life limiting (or long-standing) concern or for addressing multiple compounding issues that no longer feel manageable on your own.   Some common concerns include but not limited to:
