I am Elissa Shirvington a Registered Psychologist with over 25 years training and experience in psychology, counselling and mental wellbeing.

I set up Behind The Scenes (BTS) Psychology in 2014 with the view that how we turn up in everyday life doesn't always represent what goes on behind the scenes. 

 

BTS offers a space to explore and understand yourself better so you can turn up to everyday life differently.    An opportunity to navigate through life's challenges with the help of effective, evidence-based tools and techniques suited to your needs.​​​

About Sessions

Counselling is a confidential and non-judgmental opportunity to work through life's issues and challenges.   It can be helpful for managing the impact of a recent difficult event or experience, addressing a life limiting (or long-standing) concern or for addressing multiple compounding issues that no longer feel manageable on your own
